My cooking style is fresh, colorful, and deeply nourishing, centered around organic, seasonal ingredients that support vibrant health and balance. For more than 30 years, I’ve joyfully cooked for friends and family, creating meals that are both beautiful and grounding—food that feels good in the body and brings people together around the table. My menus are largely gluten-free and designed to be easy to digest and hormonally supportive, with an emphasis on whole foods, bright flavors, and thoughtful preparation. I’m excited to now bring this style of cooking into the retreat space and am also available for private dinners and small gatherings in your home.
